About the Role

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to lead our care team and deliver exceptional resident care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a unit and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising a unit to deliver excellent care to residents
  • Delegating workload in a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met
  • Overseeing admissions of new residents
  • Carrying out physical and psychological risk assessments and developing personalized care plans
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
  • Administering medication
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
