Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
- Providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Conducting regular audits and assessments
About You:
We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be well-versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will also be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families.
