**Job Title:** Clinical Care Lead

Crooton is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to fill the role of Clinical Care Lead for our peripatetic nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents across our region.

**Salary:** £22.50 per hour

As a Clinical Care Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each shift at every location meets our high clinical standards. You will have the freedom to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality clinical care to residents across our region
  • To lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each shift at every location meets our high clinical standards
  • To develop and implement care plans tailored to the physical and mental needs of our residents

Requirements:

  • A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
  • A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge
  • A good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards
