Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising a unit with a passion for delivering excellent care through your team.
- Delegating workload in a collaborative, supportive, and informative approach.
- Ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while championing their safety and dignity.
- Overseeing admissions of new residents.
- Conducting physical/psychological risk assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
- Administering medication.

- $40,000 - $50,000 estimated annual salary, depending on experience.
