About this Opportunity
Care UK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Senior Registered General Nurse position in one of our care homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to lead a team, develop care plans, and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Take charge of leading a team of care staff, setting high standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Recruit and train new staff, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and using clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
