Job Title: Homecare Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Alcedo Care team in Chester as a Homecare Specialist. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care services to our clients, and we believe that this role will play a vital part in achieving that objective.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of potential new clients, identifying their care needs, and developing tailored care plans. This requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to determine their care requirements.
- Develop and adapt care plans to meet individual client needs.
- Review and improve existing care plans to ensure the best possible service.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £33,500 - £43,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- A generous annual leave package, including 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
