About the Job:

The salary for this position is competitive, with an estimated rate of £50 per hour, PLUS Holiday Pay and Pension. You will also receive ongoing career development, opportunities for progression, and access to training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee care workers and evaluate their performance.
  2. Maintain high standards of care competence across the workforce.
  3. Develop effective relationships with care managers, assessors, and coordinators.
