Alcedo Care is a leading provider of homecare services. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Chester.

About the Role:
  • This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to develop their skills and progress in their career.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing care workers, evaluating their performance, and maintaining high standards of care competence across the workforce.

The estimated salary for this position is around £50 per hour, PLUS Holiday Pay and Pension. This includes flexible working arrangements and on-going career development with opportunities for progression and NVQ completion.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 6 months experience in care, with at least a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  2. A hardworking and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. A full UK driving license and access to a car.
