We are recruiting an exceptional Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at Bluestones Medical Complex Care Limited. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for working with vulnerable children and young people. You will work closely with our experienced teams to provide outstanding care and support, while also developing your professional skills and knowledge.

**Job Description:**

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Safeguard and promote the well-being of young people in our care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of individual young people
