Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising a unit with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Delegating workload effectively and supporting colleagues in their roles.
  • Ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met, while championing their safety and dignity.
  • Overseeing admissions of new residents and conducting risk assessments.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident care.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits including:

About You

We are looking for candidates with NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or equivalent. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
