Seeking a highly skilled Field Care Supervisor to strengthen our team at Alcedo Care in Chester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an effective working relationship with our Care Managers, Care Assessors & Care Coordinators, and maintain care skills at a current level.

A key requirement is to monitor care workers and evaluate their performance, ensuring high standards of care competence across the workforce.

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual who can represent us professionally and dedicate themselves to our mission.

This role requires 6 months of care experience, a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a full UK driving license with access to their own car.

In return, we offer competitive rates of pay starting from £14 per hour during the week and £14.50 at weekends, on-going career development, and opportunities for progression and NVQ completion.

Ongoing recognition and support are also offered through Blue Light Card discounts, weekly pay, mileage contributions, and free mental wellbeing support.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in health and social care
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
