Care Home Clinical Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Senior Registered General Nurse Manager. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to care staff, as well as developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a positive culture and high standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the quality of care provided.
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
