About the Role
  • You will support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care, focusing on residents with complex needs.
  • Maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, auditing practices and procedures, care plan development, and assessments.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with experience in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop close relationships with residents and their families.
  • Dedicated to driving continuous improvement and delivering positive change.
