Job Title: Care Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at Alcedo Care in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Job

This full-time position involves developing effective working relationships with our Care Managers, Care Assessors, and Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for maintaining care skills at a current level and undertaking training and development opportunities, all provided in-house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of care competence across the workforce by evaluating performance and identifying areas for development.
  • Monitor care workers and evaluate their performance to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks and spot checks.
Requirements
  • 6 months of care experience and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification are required for this role.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential for this position.
