We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Children's Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our young people receive exceptional care and support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for working with vulnerable children and young people. You will work closely with our experienced teams to provide outstanding care and support, while also developing your professional skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Safeguard and promote the well-being of young people in our care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of individual young people

**Requirements:**

  • Level 5 or above NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • 12 months' experience in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role

**Salary:** £50,000 + bonus based on SEED Care Model Progression
