Children's Ministry Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our children's ministry working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers.
The role includes:
- Weekly attendance at Sunday Services
- Developing storytelling initiatives for pre-schoolers and their families
- Messy Church (a monthly service of story, song, craft, and food)
- Junior Church provision during the 10:30am sung Eucharist
- Seasonal engagement with schools and the community
- Occasional meetings on weekday evenings
We are looking for someone with fresh vision and a passion for children's ministry to take this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities* Develop and deliver a strategy for children's ministry in line with the church's mission and values.
* Build relationships with local schools and the community to increase engagement and outreach.
* Work closely with the existing volunteer team to ensure a smooth transition and effective handover.
* Manage the remaining hours flexibly to meet the needs of the role.
