As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will work with children, young people and families to identify and address their needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex and multiple needs
  2. Provide support and guidance to help children, young people and families overcome challenges
  3. Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes

Salary: £30,060 - £33,366 per annum (37 hours/week)

Benefits include a Local Living Wage of £12 per hour for all contracted hours.
