Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Youth Program Assistant to join our Kids Zone team. As a Youth Program Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years. This includes supervising and engaging with children during activities, providing basic childcare, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Supervise and engage with children during activities">
  • Provide basic childcare, including bottle feeding and diapering when needed">
  • Assist children with snacks and food">
  • Engage all children with stimulating activities and/or games">
  • Maintain knowledge of club policies and effectively communicate them to members/guests">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • Prior babysitting and/or nanny experience preferred">
  • Superior customer service and communication skills">
  • A genuine interest in working with and interacting with children">
  • The ability to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift">
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs">
  • The willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays">

Salary Range: $42,000 - $58,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
