This position involves collaborating with our team to create innovative programs and events for young people. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving positive change through influencing decision-makers and advocating for youth-led initiatives.
  • Fostering growth and development through training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including policymakers and the media.
  • Representing the organization at events and conferences.

You will work closely with our team to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring that the voices of young people are heard and valued within the organization.Requirements

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be aged 18-26 years old when taking up the position.
  • Exhibit strong passion for conservation, youth development, and community engagement.
  • Hold relevant skills and experience, preferably in areas such as event planning, marketing, or environmental science.
  • Be comfortable traveling to BIAZA headquarters and participating in meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission and values.
