Job Summary:
Chester Voluntary Action is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Church Youth and Schools' Worker. This role involves leading activities and future development of the Heath Youth Club in Upton, Chester.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead youth club activities for 42 weeks per annum, with an initial commitment of 6 hours per week.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of young people.
• Work closely with community members, volunteers, and staff to ensure effective delivery of services.

Requirements:
• A strong understanding of youth development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of program management and evaluation techniques.
