We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the development of our community programs in the Heath area. As a Community Program Leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of activities and programs for young people aged 11-19 years old.

About the Position:

  • 6 hours per week for 42 weeks per annum.
  • £17,000 - £21,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Heath Youth Club, Upton, Chester.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new programs and activities that meet the needs and interests of young people in the Heath area.
  2. Collaborate with local community groups and organizations to promote our services and engage with local young people.
  3. Maintain accurate records of program participation and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
