Children and Community Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our children's ministry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective children's ministry programs and be passionate about engaging with young people and their families.
The role includes:
- Leading the development and implementation of a new children's ministry strategy
- Building relationships with local schools and the community to increase engagement and outreach
- Working closely with the existing volunteer team to ensure a smooth transition and effective handover
- Managing the remaining hours flexibly to meet the needs of the role
We offer a competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
