Support Worker for Children's Transitions Team

We are looking for an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team in Ellesmere Port, supporting children with disabilities and their families. This role is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with families in their homes and the community, providing support and guidance where needed. You will also contribute to the development of evidence-based interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £27,500 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also benefit from a range of benefits, including up to 16 days 'flexi time' per year, 26 days annual leave (if under 5 years' service), and 31 days (if over 5 years). Our hybrid working arrangement provides flexibility and work-life balance.
