We require a dedicated Support Worker to join our Children's Transitions Team in Ellesmere Port. This team works with 16-19 year olds, supporting them through transitions into adulthood.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of child development and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families. You will deliver high-quality support, using evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, offering a competitive salary of around £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 16 days 'flexi time' per year, 26 days annual leave (if under 5 years' service), and 31 days (if over 5 years).
