Job Summary

As an Advanced Practice Provider at American Family Care, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Our state-of-the-art centers focus on providing episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
  • Order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies as necessary.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, formulating medical and nursing diagnoses, and instituting therapy or referrals as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records.
  • Perform emergency measures and emergency treatment in situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, hemorrhage, convulsions, poisoning, and allergic reactions.
  • Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status, management, and treatment.

Requirements
  • Confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, and treating all ages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
