Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Handbridge Medical Centre is a friendly and supportive practice, seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be confident working autonomously, carrying out clinical consultations, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis.
  • Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions/treatments for patients with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Current registered Nurse (NMC).
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • ENP/ECP Minor Injuries and Minor Illness course Level 6.
  • Non-medical prescriber qualification.
