Job Description:
Our locum contract is designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospice setting. Your duties will include:
• Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in nursing or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
