About the Role

Hirebridge is seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical administrative support to our Human Resources department. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • E-Verify Program Management: Ensure accurate validation of employees through the E-Verify program.
  • HR Enquiry Response: Respond to HR-related calls and emails in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, memos, and other documents related to HR activities.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Assistance: Provide general assistance with various HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
