About Our Team
We are a supportive and inclusive team within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism sector.
Job DescriptionAn estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Key Tasks:- Deliver high-quality HR administrative support to the team.
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new employees.
- Support employee relations and contribute to performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Participate in organising company-wide events and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry.
- A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
