Job Description

An estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver high-quality HR administrative support to the team.
  • Manage recruitment processes and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new employees.
  • Support employee relations and contribute to performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Participate in organising company-wide events and initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
