Job Summary

This role involves working closely with the Pay and People Operations Team to ensure exceptional client experiences for RSM.

  • Supporting the delivery of pay gap reports and pay and people administration tasks.
  • Improving the People Manager experience for users and contributing to a premium service for RSM clients.

This opportunity allows you to contribute to RSM's growth as a leading Pay and People provider to the middle market, enhancing processes and delivering improved client experiences using technology.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong administration or operations experience, preferably in payroll or HR teams, with a passion for process review and improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £35,000-£45,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and training opportunities.
