RSM's People Advisory Services provides organisations with a multi-disciplinary approach to enact their people and talent strategies, managing people challenges in the UK and globally. Our team combines experts in employment tax, employment law, payroll, HR, equity reward, and global mobility, offering a unified and seamless service.

RSM Employer Services delivers back-office services and cloud-based solutions, including payroll, online accounting, pay and bill services for the recruitment sector, time and billing software, and company secretarial. We develop and support our own applications and implement other solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a HR Implementation Specialist with knowledge and experience in HR or the recruitment industry to join our Pay & People team. You will primarily implement our in-house developed cloud-based HR software solution for clients and assist with other HR services.

About the Job

You will be responsible for implementing our cloud-based HR software services for new and existing clients, liaising with clients during the implementation, facilitating knowledge transfer, and applying your knowledge and experience to understand client requirements and solve problems.

About the Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have experience in HR software implementations and come from an HR or recruitment industry background. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, good communication and team working skills, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Experience working with HR software
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Confident presenting remote training sessions with clients
  • Previous software implementation experience
  • Knowledge of the HR, Payroll or Recruitment industry and any related software solutions
