About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Implementation Specialist to join our Pay & People team at RSM UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our cloud-based HR software services for new and existing clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, ensuring seamless implementation of our HR software solutions, and providing expert guidance to clients on HR best practices.

About the Job

As an HR Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing our cloud-based HR software services for new and existing clients
  • Liaising with clients to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Providing expert guidance to clients on HR best practices
  • Collaborating with the Pay & People team to ensure successful implementation of HR software solutions
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR software implementation and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with HR software and implementing cloud-based solutions
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
