We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support to the sales team, including recruitment processes, on-boarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Support the organization of company-wide events and initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the sales and marketing industry.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
