About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Implementation Specialist to join our Pay & People team at RSM UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our cloud-based HR software services for new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our cloud-based HR software services for clients, ensuring seamless integration and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand client requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Pay & People team to deliver high-quality HR services and solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR software implementation and payroll services.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills, with the ability to share workload and tasks.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confident presenting remote training sessions to clients.
