Job Title: Payroll Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. This role involves processing a broad range of payroll-related transactions, providing customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues, and ensuring the successful running of the payroll from start to finish.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience within a payroll environment, with particular focus on payroll data input and handling payroll queries. They will also have knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions, and other deductions. Additionally, they should be familiar with computerised payroll systems (SAP would be desirable) and have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organised, and have a flexible approach.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, work with minimum supervision, and have organisational and planning skills. You should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office or G Suite, especially word processing and spreadsheet applications. An estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
