Salary and Location
The salary for this position is £60 per hour. This role is based in Chester, UK, with 50/50 hybrid working arrangements. This contract will last for 12 months.

Job Description
This is a Benefits Specialist role that involves executing and administering day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, and claims. You will also be responsible for completing annual Benefit Surveys. To succeed in this position, you should have general knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region. Practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, performance, would be beneficial. Additionally, you should have experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model and with current HR and Benefits enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need fluency in English and fluency in either Italian or Spanish. A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required for this role.
