About the Role:

Park Street People is currently working with a global pharmaceutical company to find a Senior Benefit Operations Specialist for a 12-month temporary position in Chester. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional with experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR, looking to join an innovative and fast-paced pharmaceutical company.

About the Company:

The client is a well-established global pharmaceutical company that values its employees and provides them with competitive benefits. As a Senior Benefit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing total Benefits administration, including health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding complex benefits and provide guidance when needed.
  • Implement and develop new benefits/rewards systems to meet changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [£35-45k] per annum based on your expertise and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as paid time off, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Fluent Spanish or Italian language skills are highly valued.
