About the Role

This Senior Benefits Operations Specialist position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in Benefits Administration to drive business success. Based in Chester, you will be responsible for executing and administering benefits programs.

  • Understand, interpret, and communicate benefit plan provisions and processes.
  • Drive implementation of new benefits / benefit designs and process changes into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective operation of benefits programs, ensuring efficiency and positive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of benefits plans, policies, and procedures.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills:

  • In-depth experience in Benefits Administration.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English required plus Italian or Spanish would be preferred.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
