Role Overview

We are looking for a Benefits Administration Lead to join our team in Chester, UK, on a 12-month fixed-term contract (part-time). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of benefits programmes.

Main Tasks:
  • Benefits programme operation.
  • Communication of benefit plans and processes.
  • Process documentation.
  • Implementation of new benefits.
  • System report review and reconciliation.

Estimated Annual Salary: £58,000 - £72,000
