Senior Benefits Management Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Benefits Management Lead to join our team in Chester. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new benefits and benefit design and process changes into operations, process improvement, activities, and other projects relating to benefit programs.
You will have extensive experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model, HR and Benefits enabling systems, and coaching others to build capabilities or enhance functional depth. You will also have practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing renewals and enrolment windows in partnership with benefits system providers and Benefits Strategy and Delivery Management teams.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a top global pharmaceutical company and be part of their Benefit Management team. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
