Benefits Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefit Operations Specialist to join our client's team in Chester on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits/HR to work in an innovative and fast-paced pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities:
- Administer total benefits, including health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives.
- Review and provide salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and guide employees on complex benefits.
- Develop and implement benefits/rewards systems change requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR, preferably within a global company.
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Analytical skills and ability to maintain working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred proficiency in Spanish or Italian.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £55,000-£65,000 based on experience. Park Street People Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
