About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join CK Group as a Benefits Specialist and play a critical role in supporting the company's employees and ensuring they receive the benefits they need. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for executing and administering day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, and claims. You will also be responsible for completing annual Benefit Surveys. To succeed in this position, you should have general knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region. Practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, performance, would be beneficial. Additionally, you should have experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model and with current HR and Benefits enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute and administer day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, and claims
- Complete annual Benefit Surveys
- General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region
- Practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, performance
- Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model
