Job Title: Global Benefits Executive

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Executive to join their team in Chester on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits/HR to work in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of total benefits, including health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives.
  • Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries and guide employees on complex benefits.
  • Develop and implement benefits/rewards systems change requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR, preferably within a global company.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Analytical skills and ability to maintain working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred proficiency in Spanish or Italian.
