Global Benefits Executive

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Executive to join their team in Chester on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits/HR to work in an innovative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of total benefits, including health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives.
- Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries and guide employees on complex benefits.
- Develop and implement benefits/rewards systems change requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR, preferably within a global company.
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Analytical skills and ability to maintain working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred proficiency in Spanish or Italian.
