About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top global pharmaceutical company and contribute to the success of their benefit operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate benefit plan provisions and processes to internal stakeholders.
  • Document all processes and draft and update Local Work Instructions.
  • Assist with compliance and governance of total rewards plans, identifying risks and delivering corrective actions.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
