Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Analyst to support a large Pharma client in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe.

About the Role

This is a 12 month PAYE role, with a requirement to spend 50% of your time in the office. You will need to possess fluency in Italian and Spanish, as well as English, to support our clients in these markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EMEA and UK wide benefits, with experience in benefits operations and policy development. You will also need to have proficiency in Excel, particularly VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and other Microsoft Office applications.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for general knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region. Your ability to network across a global organization to align with organizational objectives and strategy will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe.
  • Benefits operations and policy development.
  • General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to network across a global organization to align with organizational objectives and strategy.
What We Offer
