Job Description

This role is part of our global People team, responsible for improving the experience our team members and managers have when dealing with all the transactional HR they need to manage. You will deliver first-class administrative support for all 'established' team members, helping triage queries from team members and resolving administrative needs.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a range of employee discounts.
