Job Title: Senior HR Specialist

At Park Street People, we are currently looking for a talented Senior HR Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join a global pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee total Benefits administration such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives
  2. Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market
  3. Act as primary point of contact for any queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary
  4. Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements

Requirements:

  1. Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
  2. Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Fluent Spanish or Italian
