Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with line managers to advise and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and legislation
  • Develop and execute organizational and people initiatives/projects

Requirements:

  • Previous HR Management experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven experience in managing internal recruitment
  • Knowledge of up-to-date Employment Law and Legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or equivalent)
