Strategic Business Development Manager

Drive business growth and expansion as a key member of the HR-Solutions team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to join our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales or business development. You will also have a strong understanding of the business landscape and be able to identify opportunities for growth.
Salary:£30,000 per annum, plus a 4-month commission plan with uncapped OTE.
