Job Description:
We're seeking a driven and experienced business development professional with a passion for commercial and small format print. As a Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence our growth strategy and directly impact our market presence and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Nurturing relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
  2. Setting and delivering new sales strategies.
  3. Providing clients with innovative commercial and small format print solutions.
  4. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
  5. Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

  1. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a focus on high-value B2B sales.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Ability to think strategically and identify long-term opportunities for growth and expansion.
  4. A proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Experience working within a diverse range of market sectors within the commercial print industry.
